Third Wheel Brewing: Code of Conduct
Third Wheel Brewing (TWB) provides spaces where our community can feel welcome and enjoy the highest quality beer regardless of their background or beliefs. We value all people and voices, and we know equality and diversity make our spaces better.
Third Wheel Brewing is dedicated to providing an environment where everyone is treated with dignity and respect. TWB strives to provide a harassment-free experience to all regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion, age, ancestry, national origin, or genetic predisposition. We do not tolerate harassment of any kind including unwelcome verbal or physical conduct, offensive or abusive language, discriminating behavior, bullying, derogatory words, gestures, or jokes, intimidation, threats, unwelcome sexual attention or violence. TWB expects all those sharing space here to speak out whenever such behavior is observed.
This Code of Conduct applies to TWB’s employees, customers, owners, shareholders, partners, vendors, performers and any other party in which TWB does business, while on TWB property, while being paid by TWB, while at TWB events, or within the social media space provided by TWB.
Any violation of this Code of Conduct by any person or business within TWB spaces may result in disciplinary action or the termination of the relationship with TWB.
If you know of a violation of this Code of Conduct, we implore you to approach a TWB team member to report it immediately, email our Human Resources Department at firstname.lastname@example.org, or for anonymity, submit a report through our website on the “Contact Us” tab.
